Vista Listens is a safe, welcoming space for people of all ages, couples, and families, and we are currently accepting new clients. We offer both in-person and telehealth counseling, making therapy accessible and flexible. Vista Listens supports those with any needs and specializes in dementia, chronic illness, grief, and life transitions. We also offer Art Break, an affordable art therapy session, and Stressbusters, a free caregiver support group.
