I recently faced a car nightmare due to damage caused by another auto shop, and Toyota came to the rescue. James, the mechanic, was both professional and compassionate, swiftly identifying and explaining the issue. Brian, was an absolute rockstar - his exceptional customer service, kindness, and knowledge turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation. The entire team, including Ernie, the shuttle driver, made me feel like family, not just another customer. Toyota's care and dedication deserve a perfect 10/10, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and support.

I had a 10:40 am appointment for my 5th free service. I showed up at 10:30 and the place was unusually slow with one or two cars in the stalls and one ahead of me. my truck sat outside until 11:50. I raised heck because ar least 4 or 5 walk ups came in after me and left before me. zero stars is too many.

I got my 35000 miles service done in 45 minutes! Jennifer was quick, knowledgeable and friendly and the wait room was neat. I am very happy to bring my car here.

Thank you Toyota for always performing excellent service and always advising my with issues my car is always having. It's high in milage and there's always something but the oil changes are always top notch.

I've been going here for Toyota service for several years and every single time has been very professional, prompt, and friendly. Pretty amazing. Jennifer is the Manager who obviously keeps things running smoothly. Highly recommend this place.

Great customer service and quick service time for the vehicle. The value of the service maintenance is average, but I like how they simplify the process starting from making the appointment and sending you reminders.

Completely bonkers experience. Checked in for my 1pm appointment, and the "I have an appointment at 2:30p but was in the area" guy had his car serviced and done 30 minutes before mine. That annoyance aside, I drive off to realize that my tire rotation nor my tire pump up had been completed. I called back in to query this. The manager Jennifer needed to "pull the video" to verify what I could literally see on my truck's PSI instruments. She needs to take customer service 101. Almost comical how she has no social skills. Won't get into the nitty gritty but ended up having to take the truck back. Asked if 24 psi was the standard for Tacoma tires. STILL tried to tell me they had pumped them up to 38. Did Jennifer ever apologize for the negligence and inconvenience ? Or say "sorry" one time? Nope! Will be taking my business far, far, FAR, away. Please avoid if you don't want to waste your time and then be lied to your face
-- an afterthought- the way she was trying to blow me off by saying that Tacomas take a couple miles to adjust and read the correct psi.... Sounds like she's been running a racket for a while and has done this to other customers. You don't come up with a (horrible) excuse that fast Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
