In May of 2018, we opened our winery in Santa Fe; Hervé, located just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This new D.H. Lescombes concept location is unique and gorgeous. Tucked in the center of the city block, it’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered and experienced. We completely renovated the space that once held the “Skylight” nightclub and transformed it into a relaxing and luxurious space. Our lounge, bar, and restaurant dining area overflow with plants and natural light. We offer seating at our bar, dining tables, or on one of our two lounge couches. You won’t want to leave our relaxing atmosphere.

Named in honor of our father, Hervé Lescombes, this restaurant is unique, celebrating and sharing our Lescombes family winemaking legacy with our guests. Our Winemaker and Executive Chef collaborated to create a special menu that features appetizers, salads, entrées, and desserts perfectly paired with our award-winning, locally grown D.H. Lescombes New Mexico wines.
