Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Q is a Texas style meat market that sells oak smoked meats that are pulled from our pit, cut in front of you and served on butcher paper with slices of bread. You can order as much or as little as you want, making it the perfect meal for small or large groups. No fryers, microwaves, or freezers here! Our sides and desserts are made fresh daily to accompany our meats.
