Bull Ring Restaurant "Prime Steak House"

The Bull Ring has been a part of Santa Fe's culinary landscape for so long it's hard to think of a time when it wasn't there. Opened in 1971 and acquired by its present owner, Harry Georgeades, in 1980. It was originally located near the state capitol, the Round House. At that location, the relationship among New Mexico lawmakers, their supporters, and Harry was established. For more than 40 years, The Bull Ring has been the primary choice for legislators during session as well as throughout the year.
