The American Legion - Post 12 (Lucero Y Nava) was established in Santa Fe in October 2018. Our goals are to assist our community of veterans and individuals with issues affecting their personal well-being. We strengthen our community and the Nation through programs, services, and advocacy. We build our identity with a vision to make our community prouder, stronger, smarter and more respectful of those who have sacrificed some, or all, in defense of our nation. We focus on veteran needs, but also we are constantly involved with local food banks, school award programs, donations and emergency aid to our disabled, suicide prevention, funeral honors & escorts, flag retirements, and local legislation involvement.
