Position Description Approx 30 hours a week Title: Front Desk / Admin Specialist Reports to: Chamber President Description: The Front Desk / Admin Specialist is responsible for answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, performing administrative tasks including mail merges, assisting with events, writing and proofreading. The position is fast-paced and requires an ability to multi-task. A thorough knowledge of Santa Fe is required. Desirable attributes: Flexibility, integrity, attention to detail, initiative, independence, creativity The successful candidate must be a team player who enjoys a fast-paced office environment Excellent customer service is a priority. Ability to sell Chamber memberships to local businesses is preferred Requirements: Excellent writing skills and accuracy are required for this position College graduate preferred Outstanding customer service and verbal skills Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid New Mexico driver’s license Legal eligibility to work permanently in United States Position may require occasional extended hours Enthusiastic about learning Please submit resumes to simon@santafechamber.com
