Position Description - ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SANTA FE? Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Job Summary/Basic Function Provides administrative and clerical support for organization operations and excellent customer service Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or GED. • Two (2) years and 6 months administrative/clerical experience. • Degreed education may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with a membership database, • Bilingual (English/Spanish). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Knowledge of computers and job related software programs. • Knowledge of the use of a variety of office equipment. • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and calendar software. • Skill in the maintenance of files and records. • Skill in oral and written communication. • Skill in interpersonal relations. • Ability to provide excellent customer service. Pay Range $14.00 - $16.00 hr. Physical Demands • The work is typically performed while sitting at a desk or table or while intermittently sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching or stooping. The employee occasionally lifts light objects. • The work is typically performed in an office. • Occasional early morning, evening and weekend work required.
