Excellent Testimonial for A2D Customer Service Training!!

Dear Simon,

I am writing on behalf of La Fonda on the Plaza to give a personal testimonial on the Visitor Journey A2D training program that the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring for the entire community.

 I have worked in the hospitality/tourism industry in New Mexico for the past 32 years. I have taken numerous customer service training programs in my career, as well as facilitate these programs. I can say without hesitation that the Visitor Journey A2D training is one of the best customer service programs I have experienced and by far the most affordable.

 What makes A2D so unique is that the program is destination based knowledge, not just customer service based. It teaches individuals the right questions to ask and then gives them the resources that are available to enhance[C1]  the entire visitor experience. Visitor Journey A2D is a blended learning program, combining online learning with a live class that gives you the tools needed to positively influence every visitor's experience from their Arrival to Departure.

 La Fonda has already had 50 of our associates complete the online portion and 25 complete the live training and receive certification. The feedback we have had has been incredibly positive, even with individuals that have been in the hospitality industry for 30-40 years.

 Once again Simon, I would like to sincerely thank you and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring the Visitor Journey A2D training program. This program should be embraced by every business and service related industry in Santa Fe.
