Ginny Cerrella, real estate agent, where have you been all my life?
You understand that I am a rain-soaked, fuzzy thinker from California...
A refugee from the '60s. searching continually for that perfect home.
A home on the range...give or take a few buffalo and antelope.
For months, 'n months, 'n months you have sent me pictures of my dream home.
Santa Fe adobe with viga. An acre or two is good. Drier than a bone, hopefully.
Arid is wonderful.
Never matter than you know that I am dreaming. That I already have my foot-of-earth in California. And in Washington. And Massachusetts.
New Mexico is the new frontier...I am Georgia O'Keeffe and I want to paint. Beautiful flowers. Rosy-red sunsets. Purple...
Seriously, Ginny you are one fine agent. We've chatted, you and I. You know that I am a dreamer...and yet, you are so kind to send me these weekly offerings. And, I know that you would be willing to work with me to find the perfect financing for the perfect little casita....
Where have you been all my life?
I can dream.
Ginny is at Santa Fe Property. Office number (505) 982-4466.
Let her find your dream home. But don't take mine...I'm playing my fiddle just outside the airport...gonna get that money together somehoooooo...Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Grace E.Santa Fe, NM07Jan 21, 2020
One of their agents pits buyers against each other for her own gains. She even violates legally binding contracts to ensure her access to that kind of competition strictly to her own benefit and even if it means not making a sale she doesn't feel satisfied with--so beware buyers and sellers. She's utterly dishonest. If you write an honest review about her, she will harass and bully you to take the review down, and if she doesn't know who you are, she'll bully the other businesses you've written reviews about to give up your name--which by the way, works. Santa Fe Properties doesn't care that she operates this way, so it's reasonable to consider they have other agents behaving similarly. Steer clear of Santa Fe Properties to avoid encountering these unethical business practices. House buying and selling is stressful enough.

Wingate Paine and Tommy Trujillo were the dream team of realtors!! They helped my wife and I at every step of the way through finding the right home, negotiating, thoughtfully explaining each step of the process, and getting us to the closing table at an excellent pace. I know they were working hard for us behind the scenes, but these gentlemen really made it look easy. It was not a hassle for my wife or I at any stage of the process. They were available by phone whenever we needed them, and any time we had a question (however complicated or obscure), Wingate and Tommy found an answer for us. They are also just incredibly friendly and fun partners to have had throughout this process, and that made such a positive difference. Home buying is stressful, sure. There's a lot to consider and many options to weigh as you go. It can be scary. But THESE are the guys you want on your side, walking with you every step of the way. I would recommend Tommy and Wingate to anyone looking to buy a home. If and when we buy or sell home someday, we will be calling up Tommy and Wingate again!

Think twice about Santa Fe Properties. I signed on with one of their agents (a husband and wife team). This agent cared ONLY about making a sale - and not about my benefiting as the seller. The female side of the team - when an offer was made - literally barged into my home while I was in bed, shouting "we have an offer." She wanted me to sign the agreement while I was still in my nightgown, without my first cup of coffee She advised against negotiating the price with the seller, because "they never negotiated when the price was within 5% of the asking price." She advised me to throw in all my expensive patio pottery the buyer wanted because "they were only worth $25 or so." The pottery included 2 large pieces bought for $800 EACH, and several smaller pieces costing close to $100 each.
When setting up the contract, these realtors told me to include ALL appliances, including the clothes washer/dryer, since "it would be more expensive to move than to buy." Not so.
When I went to Santa Fe Properties to ask for another realtor to represent the sale because I did not trust this agent to represent my best interests, I was told by their managing director that they wouldn't be able to find anyone else. Really? With a roster of 100 agents? I actually found one within their company, myself, in one day.
If you're a buyer, maybe they'll work for you. If you're a seller, beware.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
